Stacey White
(she/her)
Stacey White is a Special Education Resource teacher in the Waterloo Region District School Board. Over the past 24 years, Stacey has worked in congregated and differentiated classroom settings in Grades K-8. In addition to this, she has acted as an Itinerant Behaviour Resource teacher and is a strong advocate for all types of learners. She is the Equity, Indigenous, Human Rights Lead, Safe and Caring Schools Liaison, and the co- facilitator of the school’s Gender and
Sexuality Alliance at her school in the WRDSB. Stacey is committed to promoting equity, student voice, and social emotional learning within decolonized classroom environments. She understands the importance of encouraging well-being and confidence within students in our schools and communities.
