Lesson series
Creating Safe & Inclusive Spaces
A high level of safety and inclusion in the spaces we occupy should be the standard, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Especially in the workplace where employees are working alongside and being managed by people from incredibly diverse backgrounds, it is important to learn the best practices that have been shown to create and maintain safety and inclusion.
In this course participants will learn how to create and maintain safety and inclusion no matter what level of the organizational hierarchy they sit at, the key role feedback has to play in these efforts, and the major pitfalls that may interfere with realizing their best intentions with this work.
